- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha optional, for a bit of heat
- 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
